    Review by hotel critic

Embarking on a culinary escapade at Vila Cornelia Boutique Hotel & Restaurant was a revelation, enticing both my taste buds and spirit. Nestled in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains, this gem merged rustic charm with haute cuisine, redefining my perception of gourmet dining. Stepping into the restaurant, Cherie Saveurs de Russie, I was enveloped by the warm embrace of slavic hospitality. the à-la-carte menu beckoned with tantalizing Russian flavors, a symphony of herbs and spices that painted a delicious picture of tradition and innovation. Each dish was a masterpiece, a narrative of culinary prowess that delighted my palate. As I savored each bite, I couldn't help but marvel at the creativity and dedication of the chefs, infusing every plate with a story of its own. the ambiance, reminiscent of a mountain chalet with a touch of elegance, provided the perfect backdrop for this gastronomic adventure. This experience is a must for any food enthusiast seeking a symphony of flavors in the heart of Romania's wilderness.
